Double Opt-In
This means that subscribers must respond to the confirmation e-mail to stay in the list. This is an extra protection against e-mails that are not expected or wanted.
Opt-out
Subscribers are given the possibility to unsubscribe from a mailing list.
Click-through-rate
The click–trough-rate shows the number of unique clicks as a percentage of the number of emails delivered.
Bounce-rate
This rate refers to the number of emails refused by the Internet Service Provider.
Open Rate
The open rate measures how many email messages were opened uniquely compared to the number of emails delivered.
Clicks
Clicks refer to a link in the newsletter being clicked on.
Views
Views refer to the number of newsletters that were opened.
Blast
Usually a short, to the point newsletter announcing last minute specials.
Newsletter
A one page advertisement including pictures and links to your website announcing discounts, special offers, packages or holidays and events. Newsletters can be used as a marketing strategy to target more traffic to certain pages of your website.
