Newsletter Template Layouts

How well your newsletter is put together can make all the difference in how a potential guest views your information...

The eNewsletter Team is always looking for innovative ways to showcase your newsletter to potential and past clients.

We encourage our clients to go beyond the generic or standard layout of most Email Newsletters. Organizing your information in such a way that a reader can easily find information and differentiate between specials, updates, etc.. while increasing your chances of making a reader want what you are offering.

In creating a layout there are some best practices to follow to insure proper viewing and rendering of all elements included in a newsletter:

  • Width of a Newsletter should not exceed 600 pixels
  • Do not attach anything to your newsletter - The information should be included within the text. Linking to the file is much more convenient for the reader.
  • Avoid using an image as the entire newsletter - Some readers are not able to view images in their email provider, therefore you may be missing out on potential interests or bookings.
  • No Navigation - This is a one page information email, not a website.
  • Retain the basic theme of colors and include your logo - Branding is a very important element in marketing. You want that instant trust and recognition to flow through to your newsletter as well.
