We do not purchase or sell subscriber lists. We have a very strict No Spam Policy.
What is Blizzard Internet Marketing’s No Spam Policy?
Our email newsletter program uses opt-in email addresses gathered from the website or from a client database. We do not purchase mailing lists, send unsolicited messages, or share any client information we have access to. We require a small, unobtrusive link back to the BlizzardEmail.com website be placed near the signup form on your website.
Does Blizzard Internet Marketing help me build my email marketing distribution list?
Blizzard Internet Marketing will not help you build your email marketing distribution list but we will maintain your data base.
What is the best way of sending new subscribers?
There are several ways of sending new subscribers. If you only have a couple of new subscribers just send an email to newsteam@blizzardinternet.com with name and email address of the new subscribers. If you have a bulk list of new subscribers, you can send it either in a notepad or an excel spread sheet.
How do website visitors subscribe to my eNewsletter blast?
We install an e-Newsletter sign up form on your website. The interested visitor will fill out the form and submit it. We use confirmed opt-in verification by e-mail. After submitting, an email will be sent to the subscriber to verify the validity of the user's e-mail address and to prevent people from maliciously subscribing others without their consent.
How will website subscribers unsubscribe from my eNewsletter?
They will call you, send you an email or unsubscribe with the opt-out option on the end of each newsletter they receive. The opt-out option is located at the end of every newsletter. The user will be asked to fill out some information and submit the form in order to unsubscribe from the list.
Do you use submission based subscribing?
The subscription to the Blizzard eNewsletter is permission based. This means people opt-in from your website.
Are the subscribers per newsletter limited?
No. However there is a limit of 20,000 subscribers managed under one Email Marketing License. If you have more then 20,000 subscribers an additional license will need to be purchased.
Creating an eNewsletter
Does Blizzard Internet Marketing create an entire email marketing campaign for me?
Blizzard Email Marketing will design a newsletter for you and send about one newsletter per month or per season.
How is my newsletter designed?
It is an html newsletter. We can also design a text version of newsletter.Will Blizzard Internet Marketing help me write and produce an email newsletter?
You will provide the content and we can help with editing if preferred.
Will my newsletter be published on the Internet?
We will send the newsletter to your subscriber list but we won’t publish it. If you like to have it on the Internet, we could archive it on your website.
How long does a general content newsletter take?
A typical newsletter requires about 60 minutes per monthly newsletter. A general content newsletter (typically several paragraphs long with some graphics) takes roughly 60 minutes to create and send.

Can I access my own database?
We can give you access to your data base. You will be able to update your own subscriber list or to check stats. Please understand we will charge for our time if changes are made by you that need to be fixed again.
Can I send my own newsletters?
Generally the Email Marketing Team sends the newsletters. However, if you would like the ability to send your own this will need to be discussed the Email Marketing Team.
How is my newsletter evaluated?
We have the ability to measure the effectiveness of an eNewsletter by tracking views, open rates, and clicks for each individual eNewsletter campaign. Clicks can also be tracked on each individual link. Follow-up newsletters can be sent to those who click on a specific link.
Does Blizzard Internet Marketing have the ability to detect if a recipient’s mail client is HTML compatible?
Our program can automatically detect if recipient's mail client is HTML compatible. As we know not everyone has the ability to receive HTML versions, an AOL and text version is also sent out.
Are bounced email addresses tracked or filtered?
Our program supports automated tracking/filtering of bounced e-mail addresses.
Is Blizzard Internet Marketing able to track un-subscribers?
We have the option to track un-subscribers to prevent re-importing a subscriber who has opted-out in the past.
Can one subscriber be in multiple subscriber lists?
Our eNewsletter program supports an unlimited number of newsletter lists and newsletters. Subscribers can belong to any number of newsletter lists.
Is Blizzard Internet Marketing able to schedule eNewsletter blasts for future delivery?
We have the ability to schedule eNewsletter for future delivery up to 60 days in advance.

What is the eNewsletter procedure?
After we received your content, we will implement text and photos and send you a draft. You are able to make changes until the approval of the final draft. All newsletters are approved by you prior to being sent your database.
You will determine to which of your subscriber lists you want the newsletter to be sent and also your preferred day and time.
How long is the turnaround between sending in my content and the final newsletter draft?
The turnaround is three business days or 72 hours.
When is the best day to send?
The best day to send eNewsletters is between Tuesday and Thursday in the morning.
Is there a best time to send?
The best time to send is generally mornings. Depending on your audience the time you choose will be when the newsletter is sent.
Will a subscriber be able to forward the newsletter to a friend?
Yes, there will be the option to forward the newsletter to a friend.
Can I add demographic parameters from subscribers to the newsletter?
We have the option to capture up to 25 demographic parameters from subscribers. Parameters can be included in the newsletters during delivery. Custom Set Up.
Are lists public or private?
ALL lists are private. Private lists are not available to subscribers, and are typically available for internal use or private mailings. All lists are kept private, unless requested otherwise.
